The loss of Artsakh to Azerbaijan in the last war was more than a subtle wake up call. It was a sudden reminder that all the responsive efforts, individual plans and combined energies of the entire Spyurk (over thirty long years) failed to prepare the Republic of Armenia for defending the Motherland.
The old systems and questionable practices at fundraising, lobbying, leadership training, investment and emergency response, though familiar to most Armenians, were suddenly exposed as inadequate to the task of protecting Armenia.
Focusing forward to the future, there is, now, no other option than to jettison the old processes and failed habits on a clear path of prevention effectively preparing Armenia for the inevitability of the next war.
The Armenian Policy, Economics, Engineering and Information Technology Institute (PEEIT) is a private sector, centralized collaboration and research center designed to provide the Armenian Parliament, military and government agencies with up-to-date intelligence and data aggregation services necessary to defend the nation and to promote economic development throughout Armenia. In short, the goal of the Armenian PEEIT Institute is to harness the power of information aggregation and collaboration to make Armenia strong from within and capable of repelling aggressive attacks from without.

For thirty years since independence, many of the best and brightest minds in Armenia have fled the Motherland to find livelihoods and to raise their families in foreign lands like Russia, the United States, Canada, Western Europe, South America, the Orient and Australia. Simply stated, many more people are moving out of Armenia than those who are moving back in.
Whereas the older generations of global Spyurk made little effort with no plans to permanently return to Armenia, a new generation of Diasporan youth have found the inspiration to support Armenia and Artsakh by making permanent repatriation a reality.
In the same way that Jews in the global diaspora have been returning permanently to support the State of Israel, perennially, through a practice called “Aliyah,” the Armenian Student Repatriation Project (ASR) assists young Spyurk to achieve permanent repatriation by seeking admission to Universities and to find jobs located throughout Armenia. We call this practice “Veradanan.”
